Package lost:

Moovi is responsible for delivering your order. Delivery anomalies occur when a package is temporarily delayed in transit for unforeseen reasons. Even with the most reliable e-commerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package in transit. If tracking information has not been updated for 3 days or more. You can contact us in time and we will contact the logistics company to inquire about the situation. If the package lost in transit. Moovi will bear the loss and resend a new package to you.

How Can I Check My Order Status?
